Ibagué is the city musical of Colombia, it`s a small city and very enchanting. The people are friendly, relaxed and hardworking. Ibagué has a very amazing and ancient cathedral. Also, it has many parks, restaurants and historical monuments. The typical food of the city is the tamal and lechona.

This is manuel murillo toro stadium it is a sports scene large,modern and magnificent.It is also the scene of cultural and artistic events in the city. It is the home of Deportes Tolima football club.

This is Bolivar square, it is a very typical park of Ibagué, because it is located in the city center. It´s an enchanting, magic and relaxed place to share with family and friends.
Around it is located the cathedral it is very amazing because it has colonial style, the city hall is big and old, the courthouse has fourteen floors and is very huge, the presentation school is beautiful and recognized, and the cooperativa university of Colombia.
Bolivar square is fascinating, interesting, magnigicent and colorful. it has many trees very ancient and large, among them we find the ocobos that bloom in the month of August, there is also the ceiba and the saman that are over a hundred years old.
Also it has water fonts, gardens, flowers and childrens games. You can buy ice cream, sweets, pizza, hot dogs, burguers. Children can ride in toy cars.

TYPICAL FOOD(TAMAL)
INGREDIENTS
12 potatoes
6 carrots
10 big onions
3 chicken breasts
4 pounds of pork meat
2 maggui cubes

20 platain leaves
pepper
6 tomatoes
paprika
2 pounds of bacon
2 pounds of peas
2 pounds of rice
300ml of oil
2 cloves garlic
PREPARATION
1. Cook the peasin a pot until they are soften
2. Cook the rice with water, a little oil and salt to taste. over high heat when dry, simmer, about 40 minutos.
3. Stir the rice with the peas
4. cook in another pot carrots, chicken, bacon, potatoes, and pork are with salt to taste.
5. cut potatoes, onions, and sliced carrots.
6. Cut de bacon, the pork and the chicken into cubes.
